About the instructor: Miriam Goldberger is founding teacher and executive director of What Dance Can Do, a health based arts organization in Central Ontario. Her passion is to share the joy of dance with those experiencing mobility challenges. She has a B.A. in Dance from Goucher College, has studied Dance Therapy at Lesley University in Boston and the Haliburton School of the Arts; Miriam founded Preggae Woman, Canada's first pre-natal/postpartum movement and support program in Toronto and is an advanced Dance for Parkinson's instructor through Canada's National Ballet School and the Mark Morris Dance Group in NY.
