Dance Balm an in-person gathering of like-minded souls Join us as we celebrate the fusion between movement and music. Dance Balm is a seamless blend of jazz, classical, Broadway, pop, gospel, world music & deeply grounding relaxation techniques. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Seated, standing or moving across the floor. The class is inclusive, welcoming, fun, and friendly. No dance experience required. You'll love the moves, the music and the community!!

Register online: Instructor Miriam Goldberger is the founding teacher and executive director of What Dance Can Do, a health based arts organization in Central Ontario. Miriam has a life-long passion to share the joy of dance with those experiencing mobility challenges. She has a B.A. in Dance from Goucher College, has studied Dance Therapy at Lesley University in Boston and the Haliburton School of the Arts; Miriam founded Preggae Woman, Canada's first pre-natal/postpartum movement and support program in Toronto and is an advanced Dance for Parkinson's instructor through Canada's National Ballet School and the Mark Morris Dance Group in NY.
