Gentle Moves classes in retirement homes, long-term care facilities and memory care units help residents rediscover the pleasure and fun of moving. In each session residents are guided to explore their imagination, renew physical strength, energy, confidence and build community. Participants enjoy the moves, the music and the community.
Residents are encourage to work at their own pace and ability. Whether sitting or standing all dances are modified to meet individual abilities and ranges of motion.
