MOVE FREE - a joyful, inclusive dance class for adults with or without mobility challenges or intellectual disabilities. Seated or standing, all are welcome. Come enjoy easy to learn dances that celebrate musicals, Disney classics, The Wiggles, jazz, pop and world music favourites!
